The Educational focus of the Leadership Academy is to prepare students in career areas of Finance/Marketing, Business/Technology, and Public Service.  The Academy Teachers are from the Departments of English, History, Math, Science, Technology and JROTC.

The JROTC Leadership Academy Cadet Staff is comprised of the Colonel of Cadets, The Battalion Commander, the Battalion Executive Officer, the Battalion S-1 through S-6,  PAO, Video, and Chaplain.

The coordinating staff is the S-1 throughs S- 6.

S-1 is the adjutant. The cadet is responsible for the award and promotion orders.

The S-2 conducts daily visual security, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections to make sure all items are accounted for. The cadet also makes weather recommendations for ceremonies and events.

S-3  The Operations officer is responsible for the conduct of training and general operation of the Battalion and JROTC department.

S-4 The S-4 is the cadet Battalion Supply officer. The cadet is in charge of the maintence, security, issue/turn in of all property in the JROTC program.

S-5  The S-5  maintains current activity posters and the unit scrapbook. Meets with RBHS yearbook and newspaper staff. Also Produces the JROTC newspaper once per semester.

S-6 is the communications officer. The cadet is in charge of the monitoring of the website and is also in charge of all PA Systems for ceremonies and events. The cadet is also in charge of maintaining all the computers in the JROTC Program.

 The chain of command consists of the Colonel of Cadets, Battalion Commander, Battalion Executive Officer, and the five Company Commanders. 

COL of Cadets: Over all commanding officer of the rotc cadets.

Battalion Commander: With the rank of COL, incharge of battalion on the parade field.

Battalion Executive Officer: Assumes command of the battalion during the adsence of the Cadet Battalion Commander.

Cadet Battalion Command Sergeant Major: Incharge of the other NCO's. Senior NCO of the Battalion.

Cadet Company Commanders: Responsible for all the company does or fails to do
